
The Soviet campaign was fun, the Theatre of War is generally good, and there are a lot of cool community maps for bot matches. At the time I've sunk a lot of time into MP already, so AI was not a huge challenge anymore. It wasn't bad, but the lack of a compelling story or more complex mechanics on the campaign map prevented it being really good.

The companies differ mostly in their call in and commander abilities from what I remember. There are some 'advanced' decisions like cutting off the enemy and the enemy getting stronger after a defeat etc, but overall I did not find that it made a huge difference. The map is basically a couple of territories between which you can move your companies.
